1 General Terms

These terms and conditions form the basis of our agreement with every member who uses the betwin platform and its services. By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

betwin provides sports betting, casino games, and live casino services for Bangladeshi users. These terms apply in both English and Bengali; however, in the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.

If any part of these terms is declared invalid by a competent authority, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective. betwin's failure to enforce any term will not be considered a waiver of that term.

2 Account Registration

Opening an account on betwin is completely free. Accurate and complete information must be provided at the time of registration. An account created with false information may be cancelled at any time and any deposited funds may be withheld.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same name, the same IP address, or within the same household, they will be identified as duplicates, closed, and any bonuses received will be cancelled.

2.2 Account Security

It is the member's own responsibility to keep their username and password completely confidential. Sharing or transferring an account to another person is strictly prohibited. You will be responsible for all activity conducted from your account; however, any unauthorised access must be reported to our customer service immediately.

2.3 Updating Account Information

If any registered details change (mobile number, email address, etc.), the member must notify betwin immediately through customer service. betwin will not be responsible for any failed transaction caused by outdated information.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

To open an account and use any service on betwin, a member must be at least 21 years of age. Providing the correct date of birth at registration is mandatory.

Before a withdrawal, or upon our request, a member may be required to confirm their identity by submitting a copy of their National ID card or passport. If anyone under the age of 18 opens an account, it will be permanently closed and the entire balance may be forfeited.

3.1 KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

betwin completes member identity verification following international standards. betwin reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if the required documents for the KYC process are not submitted. Additional security checks, including OTP verification, may be requested at any time.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount on betwin is ৳500. Currently accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.1 Deposit Conditions

Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in the member's own name. Funds from third parties or unknown sources will not be accepted and may be returned. Multiple payment methods may be linked to one account, but all must be registered in the member's name.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawal requests are sent only to the payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.

4.3 Transaction Accuracy

If an incorrect account number or payment details are provided during a deposit or withdrawal, betwin will not be responsible for recovering those funds. Please verify all details carefully before completing a transaction.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

betwin's welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, the bonus must be wagered 15 times. For example, on a deposit of ৳1,000 a bonus of ৳1,000 is received, making the total balance ৳2,000 — to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be placed.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may be claimed only once, unless otherwise stated in the terms.
• A specified minimum deposit must be completed before claiming a bonus.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• You may play directly without claiming any bonus.
• Wagering requirements apply to winnings earned from bonuses.

5.2 Other Promotional Bonuses

5.3 Reasons for Bonus Cancellation

betwin may cancel a bonus without prior notice in the following cases: if claimed from a duplicate account; if terms are violated; if account information is found to be false; or if evidence of fraud is found.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

betwin offers various types of games including sports betting, casino slots, live casino, and fishing games. Although each game category has its own rules, the general rules below apply in all cases.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A bet is not counted unless it is confirmed by the system. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical error, network issue, or any other reason, the staked amount will be returned to the balance. A bet that has already been confirmed generally cannot be cancelled.

6.2 Odds Changes

In sports betting, odds may change before and after a bet is placed. The odds at the moment the bet is confirmed will be used for calculation. Live odds may change rapidly after an event begins.

6.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled or not completed within the specified time, bets on that event are considered void and the staked amount is refunded. In the case of a multi-bet, the cancelled selection is removed and the remaining selections are used for calculation.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

betwin sets a maximum payout limit per single transaction for various games and betting markets. These limits can be found on the relevant game or market page, or by contacting customer service.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betwin platform and may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Using false information or another person's details on an account.
• Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person.
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system for unfair advantage (bonus abuse).
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting risk-free profit by placing two opposing bets (arbitrage).
• Exploiting platform technical errors or bugs for advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Misconduct or harassment towards the customer service team.

If any of the above violations are detected, betwin will open an investigation and notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

betwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for any reason, with or without prior notice. In addition to terms violations, an account may be temporarily blocked for security reasons or in the interest of an investigation.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

A member who wishes to voluntarily close their account may contact customer service. Before closure, any balance may be withdrawn after meeting the applicable wagering requirements.

8.2 Balance After Account Cancellation

If an account is cancelled due to a terms violation, betwin will decide whether or not to return a specified amount. This decision will depend on the nature and severity of the violation.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

10.1 Self-Exclusion

If a member feels they are unable to control their gaming, they may apply through customer service to have their account locked for a set period or permanently. This facility is completely free and takes effect from the day after the request is made.

10.2 Deposit Limits

betwin allows members to set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is reduced, it takes effect immediately; however, increasing a limit requires a specific waiting period.

11 Limitation of Liability

The betwin platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We aim to provide uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur due to technical maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen events.

• betwin is not responsible for failures by third-party payment providers.
• Bets lost due to issues with the user's own device or network cannot be recovered.
• betwin reserves the right to reclaim any winnings paid out incorrectly due to technical errors (erroneous wins).

Any claim against betwin must be reported to customer service within 30 days of the date of the incident, otherwise the claim will be considered abandoned.
